After a successful career as a recruiter, Dana took some time off to spend at home with her three children. Once she was ready to return to the workforce, the transition to Operations Manager was a natural choice.

“My passion in recruiting was always client satisfaction. I enjoyed getting to know both the clients and the candidates, and exceeding their expectations by finding the right fit. As an operations manager, I am still passionate about client and consultant satisfaction. I take pride in supporting our consultants, including any payroll or benefit related needs. I feel lucky to work with an organization so committed to offering such a high level of service to both clients and consultants.”
Dana graduated from the University of Mississippi with a BBA in Marketing. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering from the sidelines at her children’s sporting events, and playing tennis.
