Biography
As a founding partner of Homrich, Klein & Associates, a J Curve strategic partner, Jill is attentive to the overall needs of her clients. “Quite often, my clients have a need to fill a permanent position, but could greatly benefit from an interim resource to ensure that business as usual continues while the ideal candidate is identified for the role. J Curve resources provide a seamless approach for my clients with one point of contact who knows the client’s unique specifications, culture etc.” Jill also realizes that clients have interim projects that arise due to acquisitions etc. and likes the ability to partner with her clients in undertaking these tasks. “At J Curve, we take the same care to provide the right fit as we do when providing a permanent resource”
Jill has a BS in Commerce with a major in accounting, from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. After spending several years in both the tax and audit divisions of the Atlanta office of Arthur Andersen & Co. she started her recruiting career with a local search firm in Atlanta. She is an inactive CPA. She is an avid UVA sports fan and a sports fan in general. She enjoys cooking and travelling with a recent goal of getting a new stamp on her passport every year. She enjoys being involved in her community and recently finished a term on a local board.
