Starting her career with Arthur Andersen in their tax and audit practices, Jill came to realize that working with people offered a more personally rewarding career path. 1986 marked the beginning of her new recruiting career – which has developed to include an extensive network of Atlanta accounting and finance professionals. Her accounting experience at Arthur Anderson and recruiting background at both a local boutique staffing firm and as Director of Permanent Placement in a national company provide valuable insight into the art of “making the match.”

Jill and her partners founded Homrich, Klein and Associates on long-standing relationships throughout the Atlanta accounting and finance community. “Our value is in knowing the backgrounds and skills of a diverse set of people and maintaining connections with them throughout their career,” Jill notes. “J Curve brings an entirely new talent pool to our clients that provides them with more staffing flexibility. We’ve seen an increasing demand for project or contract-based employment for highly qualified accounting and finance professionals,” Jill describes. “J Curve takes a disciplined approach to matching both technical skills and stylistic fit so that clients can realize an immediate impact from our consultants on a short-term or contract basis.”

Jill enjoys spending time with friends and family including traveling, cooking and outdoor activities. She is also involved with several non-profit and community organizations.
